New publication: Entrepreneurship and wealth
Julia de Groote, together with Franziska Cooiman, Isabell Stamm, and Jan Ole Krieg, has published a new article in Foundations and Trends in Entrepreneurship.
The interdisciplinary review, “Uncovering the relationship between entrepreneurship and wealth: an interdisciplinary review and research agenda,” examines the relationship between entrepreneurship and wealth. The authors show that the two research fields have so far remained surprisingly disconnected and develop an agenda for future research on wealth accumulation, entrepreneurial opportunities, inequality, and social mobility.
The publication emerged in the context of the research project Capital Cities: Understanding Wealth Concentration in the Startup Ecosystems of Berlin and Paris. A preprint is available via SSRN.
