Research Projects of External Doctoral Researchers

The research project of Marco Grüter, an external doctoral researcher at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research headed by Prof. Dr. Julia de Groote, investigates the sustainability-oriented transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the German chemical industry. The project focuses on how sustainability and economic performance can be reconciled.

The research project of Marlene Fröhlich, an external doctoral researcher at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research headed by Prof. Dr. Julia de Groote, investigates how family businesses can strategically shape their sustainability transformation while maintaining their economic performance. A particular focus is placed on the interplay between sustainability and digitalization.
